Conditions of Sale

Freight:
All orders are shipped fully insured F.O.B. origin. 

All orders within the continental United States have no minimum. There is a minimum shipping and handling charges of $10.00. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. 

Freight charges are assessed at the time of order placement. Orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). All other regions are shipped either UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service). You can estimate freight charges prior to order placement by multiplying 10% of the order total. You may contact UPS at www.ups.com or the United States Postal Service at www.usps.com for exact charges.

Payment:
Terms are credit cards, prepaid by money order or check, and COD (Collect on Delivery).

(1) Orders paid by credit card: A 3.5% of bank processing fee on total CIF value will be added to
      each order. 

(2) Orders prepaid by money order: Shipment will be released upon receipt of money order.
      Order information cannot be modified once payment is received. 

(3) Orders prepaid by check: Shipment will be released ten (10) days after receipt of check.
      Order information cannot be modified once payment is received. 

(4) A $50.00 deposit in advance or credit card guaranty are required for all COD and prepaid orders.
      COD amount and COD fee will be collected at the time such shipments are delivered to the consignee.  

Returns:
Any problems or shortages with the product must be reported to our office within ten (10) days after receipt of goods.

In accordance with Federal Health Hygiene Codes, all intimate apparel, undergarments, body stockings, hosiery, and underwear are not returnable whether worn or not.

No returns will be accepted and no credits issued without our prior written consent. Only credit will be issued for all authorized returns for the purpose of exchange or future purchase.

Returned product must be accompanied by a return authorization number and received by the warehouse within thirty (30) days of the date of authorization.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging.

Cancellation:
Order cancellation must be authorized by E. I. Company. All cancelled orders are subject to a processing fee of $25.00.

E. I. Company reserves the right to, at any time, after receipt of any order, from any customer, and without prior notice, supply less than the quantity ordered of any item or to cancel an order.
